CAPABILITY

We take pride in our experienced and long serving team, with an average tenure over 18 years. We believe in keeping core competencies in-house, while relying on select consultants to bring additional value and scale where needed. This allows us to be nimble and strategic with our development decisions and keeps our interests aligned with our Investment Partners. We focus our strategy on strong growth markets which brings positive long-term outcomes instead of trying to time the market.

Since our inception we believed in the proven growth patterns of Texas and Florida, and have local team members and proven consultants in these locations. Real estate is best understood locally from both a valuation standpoint and also understanding jurisdictional development processes.
